This service begins with a two hour meeting to discuss where you are in the planning process, identify any gaps and determine corrective action to ensure a calm, worry free wedding day for you.

It doesn’t matter if you are six weeks or six months away from your wedding. Our professional wedding coordinators will pull your plans together and take care of all those last minute details.

Our Designer or wedding day coordination service includes:

• Five (5) hours of pre-event planning hours to include
  • One site review of ceremony and reception locations (Site review may incur additional fee for time and travel)
  • Review of contract details and identify any conflicts
  • Determine Ceremony/Rehearsal logistics
  • Wedding Day Time Line
  • Advise on Etiquette
• Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Eight (8) hours on-site the day of the wedding includes:
  • (2) Hours ~ Arriving two hours Pre-Ceremony
  • (1) Hour On-Site Direction and Communication at Ceremony
  • (5) Hours On-Site Management oversight at Reception
