Owner and principal consultant M. Lee Minarczik brings a unique mix of experience and skills to her wedding and event planning company. Her twenty years of business contract negotiations and project management skills blend naturally with her years of experience as a skilled seamstress, designer of formal and wedding gowns for her daughters and ‘official’ party planner for friends and family. Organized, creative and an eye for color and flair for the unique led Lee to her passion, ‘wedding and special event consulting’.

Lee launched her own business; Effortless Events in Washington D.C. before moving to Florida. She re-launched her full service wedding consulting and special event company serving the Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Florida area. The company now incorporated as Den Mar Enterprises Group, Inc. d/b/a Effortless Events continues to grow and expand. A natural extension of her wedding and special event company, Effortless Expressions is an on-line shopping resource company providing quality personalized printed products, accessories and those must have items for any special event.

Strong inter-personal skills, the ability to capture her client’s concepts, style and dreamscapes are the hallmark of Lee’s successful business.

Lee was selected to consult with The Emily Post Institute on the 5th Edition of "Emily Post’s Wedding Etiquette" by Peggy Post.

"I’m honored to be asked to assist with updates to this ‘must have’ wedding etiquette resource," says Lee. "Peggy {Post} is making etiquette easy to understand and establishing practical guidelines for 21st century brides."

Lee is a contributing author of ‘Wedding Planning, Coordination, and Consulting Workshop’, a textbook used in the International Institute of Tourism Studies, Event Management Certification Program at George Washington University. Lee annually attends an international wedding consultants’ seminar and is an active participants in several area professional business and wedding associations. Recognized as a leading authority on trends of style and traditions for today’s brides, Lee has participated with other wedding professionals on several panel discussions within the Tampa Bay area.
